Have you made any soap changes or anything? Do you think it could just be heat? Although, if it were me, since it's spreading, I would call the Dr tomorrow.

Samantha had something like that 2 weeks ago. But she had been helping me clean the bathroom and got a little gung ho with the cleaner and had a reaction to that. It lasted about a week. Took about 3-4 days were it got worse and worse then 3-4 days to go away fully. I agve her bendryl and slathered her with cortisone cream. I would call if you cant pin point anything that could trigger it to be safe.

He got sprayed a week and 1/2 ago by Hannah with my bath and body works spray but this is slowly getting worse. Tonight I gave him benadryl sprayed him with cortisone spray and lathered him with lotion when the cortisone spray dried.

The only thing that has changed is I changed the brand of flavored water that I but from regular to off brand. I changed my laundry detergent over two weeks ago. he was find for a while after I changed it. He eats pretty much the same thing. I kept him in today and yesterday to see if it was heat rash and it actually got worse. ARGH I am going nuts it is driving him crazy cause it is itching

The pics are really hard for me to see. I'd just check with your pediatrician. Keep it clean and dry.
