need diaper help!

Kate refuses to keep her diaper on. This afternoon she took off her pants (which until today she couldn't get off by herself and then took off her poopy diaper and tossed it in the trash. (not a big deal)

BUT she has peed 3x on my floor! I cannot folllow her around all day or I'll get nothing done. The only thing that stops her are tops that snap in the butt or overalls (which I have resorted to this afternoon)

Any ideas on how to get her to sit on the potty instead of peeing on my floor?

I wish I knew. I'm about ready to send my dd to potty training school.

Zach was a little older but the thing that worked with him was keeping an M&M jar. Every pee in the potty got 4 M&Ms put in the jar and lots of praise and every accident got 2 taken back out. After dinner he got to eat the M&M's that made it to the jar. That was after I knew that he could pee in the pot if he would just get up and go when he needed to.
I say invest in some onesies to keep her diaper on for now.

Yeah I'm not convinced she knows when she has to go - she tells me after (or as) she is peeing/pooping. I just don't want to stifle her desire to be diaper free.
