Question for Kimmer

Hey there,

Last night I started itching severly! My hands swelled up and I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. I haven't had my blood pressure checked since however since resting overnight my heartrate has seemed to gone down but I'm still itching. Luckly I go for a non-stress test this morning at 10:15 in L&D. I will have them check my pressure then and but doesn't this sound like the onset of toxemia/preeclampsia?

hon I would call your dr just to be on the safe side, even though you have to go for your non-stress test.....or at least be sure to tell them about how you were feeling.

I would call too, but it looks like you are probably now at the hospital. Let us know what you find out.

Sorry I had to come home and take a nap.

Testing went fine and my blood pressure is good. She said it could of been an allergic reaction to something. The baby had the hiccups while on the monitor it was so cute!

Sometimes I get that reaction to certain Chinese foods as well.
