Rash???

It's not a diaper rash or anything. It's all over Isaiah tummy and chest. A bunch of red dots. I'm not sure where it came from. Just showed up yesterday. He's been at a babysitters all last week. It could be the new baby soap? I don't know. Is there anything over the counter I can get?

It could be....But I know from Kayla having got it, there is a virus going around that has a rash, fever, and cold with it. Give him some motrin and keep an eye on him.

He doesn't seem sick but I will give him some medicine just in case. Thanks.

If it's an allergic reaction, benadryl should take care of it. Motrin will only do good if he has a fever and/or pain, since it doesn't "cure" anything.

If it doesn't bother him, try the Benadryl, and see what happens. If that makes it go away, you know it was an allergic reaction to something. If not, just keep an eye on it, and if you are still concerned on Monday, I would just call his ped.
