What is the coolest idea you have seen at a wedding lately?

Last year I went to a wedding and the groom was marring a lady that had two daughters already. The groom said vows to the daughter as well as the mother and gave her a ring also.

I've been to weddings where the bride and groom gave their mothers/mothers in law red roses. George and I did something a little different. I gave his mother a yellow rose and he gave my mother a yellow rose, because they stand for friendship.

Also the rose petals that were sprinkled were petals from every rose I'd ever been given from the time I was 16 til the day I got married. Symbolizing stepping away from the past and moving on to the future with my new husband.
