How did you wear your hair for your wedding?

I had an “upside down” French braid with curls coming out the top. Instead of braiding from the top down, she started at the bottom and braided up, and then curled and pinned everything else on top. My veil was on a clip that clipped right at the top of the braid, under the curls.

My cousin did my hair ( She's a hairdresser) and.. to be honest I really have no idea what she did, I just remember sitting in the hotel room that night playing a new wedding night game with my new husband. Not what you think you would be playing.. no.. we were playing find the bobby pins! I counted over 20 of them in my hair.

I haven't decided on a hairstyle yet, but I'm thinking half up, half down, and some curls.

Mine sounds like yours Shona It was pulled up and kind of piled on top of my head with lots of curls and lots of hairspray and lots of bobby pins.

I found a lady who braided hair at the Renaissance Faire that year who happened to live near my house. I had mine done in an intricate braid, with royal blue and white flowers interspersed through it. She did my sister's (my MOH) hair too - a French braid with similar flowers.

Dina that sounds just like my hair for a function I went too! I loved that!

ok... mine for my wedding though I didnt like... I had curls in the back and the sides pulled back into a barrette where the veil went, I had full bangs... they were a little too long and undercupped... my sister is a hairdresser and did my hair for the wedding, I dont know if I ever told her I didnt love it ... I feel bad saying it - but it looked better in the practice run than on the real day
