Well I had my egg retreival today and they got 24 eggs and 16 were mature and they were sure that most of the 8 would mature in the next few hours while fertilizing!!!! They said this was a beautiful cycle!!! YEAH!!!!! well we will know more at 8:30 in the morning! I am praying for lots of EMBIES!!!!

They Called!!

They called! and 16 are perfectly fertilized! We are so happy! We will know sunday how our little embies are growing!!! I have to find something to do to keep busy! Well more latter..

Okay so I am thrilled! We are doing a 5 day transfer and we have 13 perfect embryos! transfer will be wednesday and then I hope for +++ ++++

Oh I will take all the good vibes I can get!!!! I am having some pre-tansfer jitters.. I am so worried about the quality. I hope that out of the 13 embryos that we have some really great ones to transfer and freeze. Well we will know more in the morning.

I'm sorry, I really agree with what you are doing, and I wish you best of luck.

But you have to admit, saying "Iam so worried about the quality" and"I hope we have some good ones to transfer and freeze" sounds kinda weird, doesn't it?

I can only imagine what is going on in you. This is TTC with a twist, because you are so much more aware of what is going to happen.

Don't get mad at my comment, I am really not critizing you in any way. good luck to you.

No worries

That's ok! I know it is really wierd. The whole process is kinda sureal. It is such a strange thing to know that in a lab accross town I have 13 embryos growing in a dish and that there is a possibility of having frozen babies... Yes it does throw my head in a spin.
