Bruschetta
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parmesan
1/4c. green onion
1 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss (Sargento)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and store in the refrigerator. It
does need to be mixed ahead of time so it can set up (I mix it the day
before). For the bread I get a baguette. Slice it up and then toast both
sides under the broiler. You can do this a few days ahead and just store it
in a baggie.
Double the recipe for one baguette.
