Bags packed?

If your due date is in the next month or so, are your bags packed for the hospital?

I'm planning on getting one packed shortly after the move this week. I'd rather be prepared then not

I did some the other night. My stuff the camera and charger. I still have to pack her stuff and a little something for Jimmy in case he gets stuck at the hospital for some reason.

I know forsure I will use mostly what the hospital offers as far as garments and undies so I don't stain my own stuff .

I will also take a few things to look pretty in when company is around during the day.

I have had a bag kind of packed for a couple of weeks, but when I got down to really packing it, I realized it was way too small, so DH got a bigger suitcase out for me last night. I am all packed now except for the camera and toothpaste.

With Alyssa I never packed a bag - We were out of town and drove straight to the Hospital. With Kate I packed it while I was in labor

Seeing how I don't even have Payton's room close to being done (heck I havent even started anythign yet) or any idea what she is going to wear home - I havent even thought about packing a bag yet.

Someone needs to get on my case though like Mid november so I am at least PARTLY ready

Karen, I can beat you on not having the room ready. I am having a c-section next Friday, and our baby doesn't have a room yet, either. There's still a mattress and box springs for a double bed propped up in there. We might have that out and have the carpet cleaned by the time I go in for the c-section.

No! I can't figure out how to pack stuff that I'm going to need. I also need to pack stuff for the kids. I'm thinking of making a list and sending them to pack but I have my doubts about that. Maybe I'll send them with a list to my in-laws and make them come back and get everything. Last time I packed in the middle of the night while I was in labor.

AH NO!! Havent even thought about it actually. I guess I had better think about it since everyone around here thinks I will have her about next weekend or that following week!!
