Just wanted to explain about some issues I have going on with the site for the last few days, and apparently, again today. Sigh ...

Somebody hacked into a script on BabyU and is using it to send out spam. I'm trying to track down where they are gaining access from, but everytime they send out a bulk email, it floods the mail system and they shut down the site until that can be resolved.

I'm working with Tech Assistance to try to eliminate the problem, but, in the meantime, if you check in and get an Account Suspended message, don't panic. Hopefully this will be resolved soon!

Thanks for the fyi! Don't feel bad, I had loads of problems with the Sears website for the last two days, too.

Aha...that's what happened. I was wondering why I got that message. I just logged out of the browser and logged back into bbu and that usually worked.
