Kinda sorta freaking out...

I have, at the most, about 14 weeks left (the doctor said he probably won't let me go past 38 weeks).

I mean seriously... That's NOT very long! At all. And OMG. In about 14 weeks I'm gonna have TWO NEWBORNS! And a toddler. And a husband.

So yeah, I'm tired and sore and ready to be done being pregnant, I'm the size of a 9 month pregnant woman, but thinking about how close it is... OMG OMG OMG LOL. It's just a bit scary. Exciting, but scary.

Meg,

I visit the newborn nursery every Saturday mornings after my non-stress test. This weekend were a set of twins, one boy and one girl. I immediatly thought of you and thinking I have one inside me I can't imagine what 2 would be like. I know somehow you will have the coping mechnisim because I believe that you are never dealt more than you can handle. You will be fine and you and your husband will jion together as a team to take care of your family.

I have to do this alone but atleast I have my mom.......thank goodness for her!

I think about having one in such a short time and I get freaked out too. I know you'll be wonderful but don't worry that you're the only one out there worried about having a new baby (or two).

I truly believe that God knows what we can handle. Some women are made to handle being the mom of multiples, and some aren't. Thankfully God is wise and all-knowing, and He knew I couldn't handle more than one baby at a time. So I honestly I believe that God blessed you with these two babies because He knows you can handle it and you will be a wonderful mommy to all of your children. I know that sounds easy for me to say, but I know enough women who have twins, and even one who has triplets and one who has quadruplets to honestly believe that this is the truth.

Thank you so much ladies!

Shona, belly pictures or baby pictures? LOL I'm posting new belly pictures later this afternoon

Karen, thank you. And to you... I'm so glad that you at least have your mom!

Mel, you're gonna be a GREAT mommy! And you're right, every woman having a new baby has these fears.

Tammy, I haven't thought about that. If God has that sort of faith in me then I should learn to have that faith in myself... Thank you.

Meghan, when I had Olivia, the boys were 14 months old. It is exhausting but very doable. Take any help offered, and realize that there will be crazy days where you are totally wiped out, the house is upside down and dinner is going to be cereal, but you won't want to change it for one second. Accomplish what you can and don't worry about the rest. Don't sweat the small stuff. You will be fine. You will be great. Don't doubt what you are capable of. Good luck and let me know if there is anything I can do from Texas.
