I was playing around, and it should have come to me much earlier, but here it is. If the following green type confuses you, just skip and read the rest
In Exel, make your click on format cells and set it to date. Then enter the date of your LMP. In the field next to it, type:
=280+(click on the field with your last date) and then enter.
It will give you your due date for a 28 day cycle. If yours is longer, just add that to the 280 (so if your cycle is 34 days, type =286+ (click on the other field))
If you are trying to plan your pregnancy, just type =(days of your cycle)+(field of the LMP date) enter.
if you now click on this field and move the curser over the bottom right corner, you will see a cross appear, click and drag it down as many fields as you want
. It will show you your next AF scheduled visits. If you drag the other side down, it will show you the expected due dates if you get pg that cycle.
And if you are interested, but way too confused right now, email me, and i will send it to you via attachement.
See, sometimes I have too much time during my lunch break
I never knew it was so easy to plan your cycle if you are regular...
If not, than this of course doesn't help you.
Oh, and you can calculate all other kind of things this way, like the end of the first trimester, full term, etc.
And I am not even TTC right now, but that's exiting...
