Well, my brother is at my Mom's.
Best place for him right now.
My dad is a total moron. No surprise there. Told my brother "now, you make sure and tell your mama 'thank you' for helping you like this. You make sure they know you appreciate them getting you out of all this trouble. And make sure they know I appreciate it, too." Yeah... trust me, they don't want HIS appreciation. He's treating James like a Kindergartener. James has a kindergartener that acts more mature and respectful than my dad does. We'll just leave it at that.
James is in a state of blaming my dad for everything that's gone wrong in his life since he was 13 and moved in with him. There are some decisions that he made for himself, and he seems to forget this. He just keeps telling my mom that it's Dad's fault they're in TX again. If he was still in Arkansas, he'd still have a good job and his family.
I told Bob last night (and I also told my mom yesterday) that James is going to have to choose between his dad and his wife/kids. It's not gonna be an easy choice to make. But unless he wants to end up just like my dad, he's got to change.
And people wonder why I have no desire to move back there...
