Their products may be on the expensive side, but they really stand behind them! We bought both the boys one last year and believe me, I have no doubt they've been dropped on more than a few occasions! This weekend, TJ's started acting up so I just got off the phone with customer service and they are going to send me a new one! 
Granted, I have to send them the old one first, however, they said it would only take 1 - 2 weeks once they have received it to ship out a new one.
The other one is acting kind of funky at times as well, so once I get this one back, I may call about it. Heck ... don't mind paying $20 per cartridge if I know the unit will work until they get too old for it (or I get a new one!)
In this day of "sorry Charlie", it's so nice to see a company really stand up for their product!
