Nathan is doing great
We started having the Family Center come in for Parents as Teachers program this past Monday and he loved it... he got to play with different toys and he drew her a picture. She was amazed by how well he drew a person and he also drew her Plankton from Spongebob!!!

He can count to 13. Knows his abcs. Knows most of his colors!!

Jonathan is making progress in school. We just had his parent/teacher conference and IEP meeting. He is excelling academically. He is reading very well and tries to sound out words that he doesn’t recognize by sight. Still working on the social skills. Daycare is going OK. They have a field trip today to the local university for a Kids Free Fun Day. They did this in the summer and he had a blast.

His grandparents are coming to visit on the 20th, so I’m sure he’ll enjoy that for a week.

His latest interest is Play-Doh/clay. I am really happy that he’s getting over some of his texture aversions, but I have play-doh EVERYWHERE! DH called me in the office last night and said “Look at this!” He had made a whole scene from Veggie Tales out of Play Doh.

He is starting to try new foods. Loves Hot Pocket (or any cheap version of it). We can’t get him to eat pepperoni on pizza, or ham, or any meat except chicken, really. But if you put it in a hot pocket, he’ll scarf it down!

I need to schedule a check-up for him with our family doctor.

Rhyne is doing good, I'm afraid she is going to be like me though and only have a few friends instead of a whole bunch, she clings to this little boy that was also on our soccer team, she only talks to one girl.

Desiree is doing good, each week she has home work they trace letters 3 pages a week. She has no patients I guess she got that from me.

Anything special going on this month? Thanksgiving feast on the 22nd at her school. Itty Bitty Imprints will be at her school to do hand and feet inprints. Thinking about it, will see.

Any new accomplishments or interests? She can spell her name out loud but when it comes to writing it she is having a hard time. She writes " Deeee" She's stuck on the e's.
