Yeah, the mouth DOES look freaky. You'd think they'd make the simulator more HUMAN looking!

Re: Live Birth Simulator

That's creepy and why the hell are they couching it to birth on it's back.. gravity doesn't work that way. If they are going train nurses in supporting women, they should start training them properly, not with freaky looking dummys.

Oh and pizza and chinese food are delivered.. babys are birthed!!!!

Re: Live Birth Simulator

This Birth Simulator (OB Manikin) used in “Advanced Life Support in OBstetrics” (ALSO) training programs. All of the same realistic and accurate anatomical features as in our Birth Simulator (OB manikin) #180, but with added features of, premature and full term fetuses. The soft vinyl pelvis replicates the resistance encountered in a delivery requiring forceps or vacuum intervention. The removable abdominal overlay provided with this birth simulator is different from those that come with the #180 OB manikin, but the overlays are interchangeable, and optional. Powder to make simulated blood, extra vulva, and soft carry bag are included. (Forceps & Vacuum Extractor not included)
