Did you know?

That when a big storm is coming more women really do go into labor? Since the barometric pressure drops it causes women that are close to go into labor. It was on the evening news because one of the news casters is pregnant and close. So anyone that's getting/having a storm. ( ) Maybe you'll have that baby sooner then you think

I highly doubt we're going to get the amount of snow they keep talking about so I'm not holding my breath. I'm putting my bets on the next full moon (Dec 5) as the soonest.

Very interesting!

Yup, I've known that for a few years. The moon's a big part of it, too. My mom used to be a midwife assistant when I was a kid and saw things like that. Plus, there was a meteor storm when I had one kid and a full moon on two others. Don't know about Kieran.

It's very true for animals. I remember growing up on the farm, the more foul the weather was the more baby calves would be born. Man, I do not miss living on the farm and having to get up in the middle of the night on the worst nights of the year to check on pregnant cows!

I am anxious but I am NOT driving in this snow - so if she decides to come she better wait til it stops! the roads here are awful!

ya it's just getting worse. The Milwaukee schools even closed. It's the first time since 1997 that they've done that. Now I want to wait until it's better outside
