Do you stress yourself out when planning for your child bday party?

it looks like every year it happens to me and i dont know why

YES! And I should be planning TJ's right now, but it's depressing me. Poor guy .. he's been begging for a real party this year, but the way his birthday falls and Mike's schedule, the only time we can really do one is the 23rd and I'm afraid nobody will show up the day before Christmas Eve! Sigh ...

I love planning my kids parties and have fun doing it and as they get older, they help me in the planning more and more which makes it more fun. But my poor DH stresses big time and all he has to do is help clean the house for the party! I do the planning, buying, decorating, bake and decorate cake, etc. and he cleans the house (figure it's an even trade!).

I will admit that with this baby being due the first of January, I'm afraid they'll be born the end of December and then we'll run into the same thing that Dawn is.

I'm going to try and not let it stress me out. Mike's b-day is Dec 3rd and this baby will be even closer to Christmas.

not yet... but we haven't had any major parties yet!!
