Really Good Yeast Rolls

Okay Ladies... I don't know about you but I can get totally addicted to the yeast rolls they have in restaurants like Ryans, Texas Steakhouse etc. Jim's cousin gave us the recipe for her rolls, and I've had them they are just as good. Thought I would share in case you wanted to make some for Christmas.

Dawn's Good Hot Rolls

2 Pkg Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
2 Cup Warm Milk
6 Tablespoons Shortening
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
6 Cups Flour
2 Egg Whites

Dough willl be a little sticky, you may need more flour (I always do)
Let rise twice, once in the bowl and once in the pan.
Bake @ 350
A lot of guess work!

I'm not saying anything about the rest of the restaurant but the best yeast rolls I've found are at Golden Coral.
I'm going to have to try these!
