In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Regal Lager Inc., of Kennesaw, Ga., is voluntarily recalling about 14,300 Phil & Teds e3 Strollers with doubles seats. Children can touch the rear tires when in the stroller’s add-on seat. This can pose an abrasion hazard to children.
