Wow... I actually feel quite a bit of sympathy toward the family for having to make these choices. I'm sure it was incredibly hard on them. I wonder how much brain function this little girl has. She can't walk, talk, hold up her head, or eat but can she interact with her family? Is she cognitiviley aware of her surroundings and show emotions?

well I followed the link to the family's blog... I can't imagine having to make that decision for my child. They make good points though, and well I have to say I can see their point.

I feel sorry for this family. It's unfortunate when people have to make choices like this, no matter what the outcome.
