Hey Mommies with both boys and girls....

Did you notice a difference in temper between the two?

I'm just noticing that Ryan gets ticked quicker and has a much more aggressive reaction to being irked than she did. He's been much more irritated with teething that she ever was. I was just wondering if you'd found it to be a boy/girl thing, an older/younger child thing, or if you never noticed anything and I'm just a big ole' weirdo with crabby kids!

Mine were the oposite. Haley had the quick temper and was a much more active and emotionally driven child. I call her my drama queen. Zachary was always so laid back and took everything in stride. Of course now at five he can set off pretty easily but cries and screams instead of getting crazy angry like Haley did/still does.

Well I have all girls and for us its an older younger child thing. Alyssa is so much more laid back. Kate is my little firecracker.

Well obviously I don't have a girl but Gabe is SUPER laid back. Unless he's hungry or wet he doesn't really cry or get angry. He is awful little still, so maybe it will change

Mine were the opposite too. My boys were MUCH easier going then my girls. But, both of my girls had colic and reflux where my boys did not. The girls were definitely more high maintainance(I can't spell today). But, boys are more hyper when they are toddlers so it balances out.

The verdict is still out on Elizabeth, but my boys are much more difficult children than Anna. The have explosive tempers and are much more stubborn than she is.

I have one of each.. but thank goodness theyre both mellowed out when it comes to teething or anything. they must get it from their dad cause im not like that,

My oldest dd is a lot like Haley. Quick temper, stubborn, and a drama queen. I can't imagine any boy being more of a temper challenge than she is and I was a nanny for 2 years to two boys!
