I've experimented with ground turkey before, but didn't have the best results. I played around the other night and came up with this ... so yummy!
1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey (1g fat per serving!)
1/2 c FF chicken broth
1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp poultry seasoning (or Mrs. Dash)
1 tsp soy or worstechire sauce
2 Tbls 2% shredded mozarella cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil.
Separate and form into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium-heat.
Cook patties until golden brown, flip and continue cooking until done.
I eat by themselves, but you could also put on a whole wheat bun and eat like a true burger.
Only 3 points per patty!
