How long would you wait to call/go to the doctor with heartburn/indigestion?

I've had it off and on for a lil over a week. Everything gives it to me.. from basic chicken and noodles to pop tarts?!
I'm taking more Pepcid than I probably should.. along with several tums everyday.

It's pretty typical in my family one you hit about 25, thats when stomach problems start.
Would it be wise to just make an appointment now and kind of get ahead of the indigestion??

after living with acid reflux since I was 22, I would go on to the dr. That stuff can tear up your esophogus. I hope you find relief somehow.

Go to the MD....make an appt. now. You want to be sure it's nothing more serious than acid reflux. They can put you on better RX meds than OTC's. Probably some Protonix or something similar.
