I have no clue how I did whatever I did, but my back is killing me. I'm not in intense pain, so to speak, but I can barely stand up straight. I really don't know how to explain it except that it feels like my back needs to pop, down near my tailbone. Of course, it *won't* pop, and it's almost like it's keeping me from standing up straight. Does this make any sense? It does hurt, but not like a nerve-pinching pain. More of a "things aren't where they should be" pain. I'm sure this isn't making any sense at all.
Sitting is OK, laying is OK (as long as I don't move around a lot). Standing is out! I'm debating a chiropractor, but keep hoping if I just take it easy for a few days, things will "pop back into place" on their own.
