SO this may sound stupid, but, uh, do you hafta wear shoes when you're working out with this? Or can you go barefoot? I have a hard time wearing tennis shoes because of the latex in the, so I was curious.

I don't. But SSSHHHH! Don't tell them that! They'd croak if they knew an instructor was going shoeless!

Just be very careful to pivot on the punches and turns so that you don't screw up your knee.

Re: Turbo Jam question

I have been on a strict diet with jogging and weight training about 3 times a week for two hours each time. I have lost ten pounds whereas I want to loose 20 pounds. How can I drop my rest weight within a month? Have I done something wrong? Please help me. Is there any good helpful diet that you would like to recommend me? Thank you in advance.

Re: Turbo Jam question

I don't think there is any healthy way to drop 20 lbs in a month. There are several diets which work slowly (1-2 lbs a week) that are healthy. The problem with these milkshake diets, fasting diets, etc, is they aren't really healthy and eventually you will want to chew again. Only your metabolism will have bottomed out and you will gain back even more weight than you lost.

Weight Watchers is a good one. http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/b...AyKw6dq7HMVRrB

Richard Simmons has a simple easy program with his food mover. http://www.richardsimmons.com/j15/in...id=1&Itemid=81

Before I got MS, I had great success with the Target Diet by Covert Bailey.
