I was so exhausted this morning, I brought out a new bottle for Gabe. I changed him and sat down and started feeding him when I realize that the bottle I'm feeding him out of is from LAST NIGHT! It was out all night and he drank from it too. I thought I picked up all the bottles from last night, we were up a ton because he's stuffy.

Is he going to get an upset tummy? Ugh now I'm worried about this too. He's got the doctor appt tomorrow, see my other post, maybe I should call today too? I'm officially the worst mommy EVER.

Now I really wonder if he should get his shots tomorrow on top of this and the sniffles. UGH This is what happens when you get no sleep. I feel horrible for doing this.

I've done it too Mel... he should be fine. If he didn't spit it up soon after drinking it, he probably won't.

Thank you Elaine. It's been about a half hour and he hasn't spit up. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I felt so bad I almost went and woke up Mike to cry about it.

Every night when Brenna falls asleep I set her bottle on the dresser near her crib. I usually keep note of the time so I know if I need to make a new one when she wakes up. Well the other morning she woke up and I was so drowsy that without thinking I handed her the bottle. It wasn't until she had downed almost the whole thing that I realized she didn't wake at all during the night and she was drinking a bottle that was probably 10 hrs old. It didn't affect her at all though.

i did it when the boys were little... I agree with Elaine as long as he didn't spit up when he drank it he's fine!

I've done it too hon. It's ok. It's just one of those things where you roll your eyes at yourself and go on.
