A Boston woman who gave birth after a failed abortion has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her child.

My sympathy is limited for this lady. First off, I don't feel her reasons for wanting an abortion are that great. That shouldn't play into it, but it does for me. And the fact she is 45. At 45, she should know about adoptions and birth control for that matter. She had options even when the baby was born and she knew that unless she is the most isolated person on the planet. Which if she is going to Planned Parenthood and getting pregnant in the first place, she isn't.
I understand she's upset, but if she can afford a lawyer to sue all those people, then she has the money to raise a child, she just doesn't want to. If I were on the jury, I wouldn't award her enough money to make it worthwhile for a lawyer to take her case. And mainly it's because of her age. I expect a woman of her age to be informed.
