In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), G & W Industries Inc., of New York, N.Y., is voluntarily recalling about 1,800 Toddler Pants Sets. The zipper pull on the jacket can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
