Waking up dizzy

Thread Starter
For three mornings in a row I've woken up with a really heavy head...not really a headache but just a sense of lots of pressure and I'm horribly dizzy. It usually goes away within an hour or two of being up and moving around but that first half hour of my day is torture and I find myself putting my hand out to steady myself constantly.
I'm eating decently and haven't changed routine with my caffeine intake at all so I just don't understand what it could be.

It's probably allergies honey. Laying down in bed always gets the head congested more and once you are up and around for a bit that clears up and you feel better. Try taking allergy medicine every day like a nose spray or something. All my kids are on stuff and this is a really bad time of year. Hope you feel better!

I have to agree with Krista ... my allergies have been killing me and I walk around in a fog the first 1/2 of the day. However, with your history, I think you should have that checked out by a doctor. Maybe he can even prescribe something that works well for you. (OTC stuff doesn't do a thing for me)
