Duncan swears he is going to be a chef when he grows up. And if this is what he truly wants, I am behind him 100%. Now, I know there is a very good chance he will change his mind, but he might not. I was thinking of maybe contacting some of the restaurants around here ( the ones with chefs, not just line cooks) and seeing if maybe Duncan could tour their kitchen and ask some questions. Maybe spend 30 minutes to an hour with the head chef. What do you think, and if so.. how do I call and ask about this?
