That was uncalled for! Now he'll be terrified of the police for a very long time. What is it with cops these days?! Good grief. A don't ride your bike on the sidewalk warning was more than enough. Poor kid!

According to local news channel last night...not only did they arrest him but they put him in the squad car ALONE and took him to the precinct.....the moter bike wasn't even running(according to neighbors and his mother), he was just sitting on it. There is NO WAY IN H*LL they would have taken my 7 year old anywhere without me.
They would have arrested me too....cause the minute they laid a hand on my kid I would have flipped.

OMG what kind of message does that pass along to people???? I mean come on....its not like he was selling drugs.....cruising up and down the streets lookign for hookers.......he was just SITTING on the damned dirt bike....how the heck can they say he was riding it when it was not even turned on

Oh H#LL no. I would have every lawyer in the state fighting over who was going to get the case. I would be dam%ed if I allowed that to happen and no one had any consequences. There would be some serious legal and civil action going on.
