That's amazing. You're liver will regrow the part that's cut off so there's no reason not to, so I assume the same is true of a liver donated post-mortum too. Our bodies are so amazing.

Wow I am surprised that they have not been doing more of that sooner.....i mean they have known for a long time that you can live with just part of a liver because it regrows......so why not do that.
