High Chairs

Has anyone used one of those older high chairs that clamps to the edge of the table? Did you feel it was safe?
I'd really like one (right now I have nothing) but I'm worried about the safety factor. Are they even still made?

Last I knew they still made them. We had one for Camp and visitng. It was handy and I thought sturdier then the booster seats you strap to a chair but my kids were monkey's lol

Yup they are still made. My family has one that my cousin's son used and that they are giving to Gabe. They always put a chair underneath/behind it but we never had any problems with it. He was a big kid too.

A couple that I work with used to bring their daughter in when we had lunches or parties at work. They had one that they brought with them, and they loved it. They used it for both of their girls. They liked it because it made them feel like they were all at the table together instead of the girls being in a high chair and off to the side.

my sister has one and loves it! never a safety issue that i heard of
