I just found out...

Hey everyone. I'm new here... So I've been on Birthcontrol for a few years now...but these last few months I have noticed I haven't been feeling right. I have been tired, i've had no energy, my chest has been super sore and I've noticed they have been growing, and just recently, I have started getting sick every other day in the morning. It never occured to me that I could be pregnant since I was on the pill....but then one morning when I felt perfectly fine I was driving to work and it hit me so fast, I had to pull over and throwup. And just as fast as it came, it went. Thats when I was like HHmmm....I'm gonna go to the store after work and get a test.

Well, I'm pregnant....at first it was awful news, but the more I have thought about it over the past week and got support from EVERYONE, including my boyfriend (who is only 20 btw...I'm 23) The more excited I have become. I mean, I love kids, being around my nephews makes me so happy I cant even explain it....

Well today in a few hours I have my first ultrasound to see how far along I am....I have no idea since I was skipping my period on birthcontrol. All I know is my tummy is getting round and I have to pee about every 10 mins. Haha...very annoying at work. So yeah...I'm excited....and new at this whole pregnancy thing...so anyone who has any advice please please feel free to give it to me! Thanks!

Congrats!! Cant wait to see how far along you are. A friend of mine had a similar expierance and was almost 20 weeks when she found out. Everything is fine and she is due in May. Her son just turned 13 Good luck and keep us posted!

Congratulations! How exciting to not know. I knew with all of mine real early! Be sure to come back and share your experience with us. I am glad everyone is so supportive - that makes it so much easier.

My name is Mel and I just had my son in December.

Congrats! I had morning sickness SO bad it wasn't funny. Hopefully you're not like me.

Good luck on getting to know how far you are. If it's a transvaginal ultrasound remember to relax, it's more comfortable that way (they insert a wand covered in a condom.) If you're far enough you can see a heartbeat right away with that one.

Wow Congrats Now I will have to see if I can find your post to see how long you are.....you have posted already right???? I mean heck we are all "busy bodies" in here and are always dying to know that kind of info.....and we have absolutely no patience whatsoever
