I'm heading to my neuro appt shortly, but thought I'd post here, in case someone here had an idea. I am going to ask the neuro, too (heck, maybe I'll post my own answer here
)
I noticed last week I developed a doozy of a bruise on my left arm (a couple inches in diameter - looked much worse than it was). I think I know where it came from, as we'd move a large mirror the day before, and I probably hit my arm with it. Today I noticed a couple of small bruises on my stomach - one nearly yellow (like it's almost gone), and the other still a little purple. I don't remember hitting my stomach (and it's so soft, I can't imagine hitting it hard enough to bruise without knowing it
).
Could the Prednisone or Ativan be making me more susceptible to bruising? Or perhaps the BP meds? When I got the bruise on my arm, I stopped taking the daily aspirin, because I know that slows the healing process for bruises.
