My arm feels weird...

Since about Saturday my right arm has been feeling weird. First it was the top of my forearm...it felt kinda achy. Today has been the worst I guess you'd say. Most of my arm has a cool tingly feeling...it's not cool to the touch, but it feels like my arm is being air conditioned or something, and it's kinda achy off and on. I've not lost any use of it, and sometimes my muscles feel sort of tight. I started working with weights a couple weeks or so ago, and I thought it might be that, but my left arm doesn't really feel any different, and my right arm is my good arm so of course it gets used more. Any ideas?

maybe a pinched nerve? I know when my neck starts acting up, my arm gets a weird feeling to it.

It's the about the same...of course I'm all jittery because I haven't been sleeping well, either. I have a mole on this arm that has been bothering me a little, it itches some and hurts a little if it gets bumped...I've been a bit worried about it, and I'm going to the dermatologist next Thurs to get it looked at. I'm gonna call today tho and see if they'll let me pay the $100 up front that they need next week, or post date a check and get an appointment sooner. I guess if all else fails I could go to the ER to get my arm looked at and they could remove the mole as well?

I'm not sure the ER would remove the mole. They usually will only do the minimum emergency care needed and then send you to a different doctor.

To explain my "funny arm feeling" a little better... My hand stays very cold but not the arm and the arm just feels heavy and achy but I can't pinpoint a place that it aches... almost just like it aches down through the whole bone. This is going to sound really weird but do you know that weird numb & sick feeling you get in your face if you know you are going to throw up? My arm gets a similar feeling. Mine does happen due to a pinched nerve.

Well, I went to the ER and I have a strained muscle, so he put me on some steroid that I take for 6 days. I can already tell a difference, but it still hurts pretty bad, and picking Ethan up to put him to bed did not help at all. I guess no exercising for a while!
