Anybody know who this is?

This is going to be tough ... I heard a song yesterday that reminded me alot of the 80's classic "Hey Mickey" by Toni Basil. Something about the beat ... anyway, I have no clue who it is, although the voice sound familiar.

I guess I'll probably have to wait until it becomes more popular and is played often before I find out, but I'm hoping that somebody else has heard it and thought "oh yeah! That sounds like Hey Mickey!" Even Jessi said the same thing when I asked her if she knew what the song was ...

Avril Lavigne "Girlfriend" would be my guess. I think of Hey Mickey whenever i hear it.
