Boys & Dolls

Do you let your sons play with dolls?

How does your DH/SO feel about that?

I think it's great for them. Jonathan doesn't play with them too much, but he had one that he drug around for about two weeks and called "Baby Sisser" . DH was Ok with it until he wanted to take it into Staples with us.

I think it's fine. It helps them learn how to be gentle with a baby brother/sister, and it's good for building the skills they need for being good parents in the future.

Mike and I don't care what he plays with. Luckily it doesn't make Mike feel insecure to let his son play with dolls.

Zach got his doll "Gingerina" when he was 2. He picked it up while we were in the church nursery and immediately she was his. It didn't bother me or his dad a bit. It wasn't until this past year that he started to get embarassed about his doll and gave it to Brenna.

I don't have boys but we have dolls - and more dolls & more dolls. So if any boys come over theres a good chance they will play with dolls.

Nick plays with Kiera's dolls sometimes. It doesn't bother DH(or me).
