Small frequent meals?

Have they helped with the nausea? I think I need to start eating smaller meals. I throw up whatever I eat when I do eat alot. I'm having a hard time thinking of what type of smaller meals to eat.

That helped me a lot. Just eat smaller amounts of whatever you usually eat. That's what I did. Hope it helps!

It could very likely be intolerance to wheat, especially if you are eating a lot of "enriched" wheat, which contains a load of artificial "vitamins". It would be wise for you to keep a food journal for a few weeks to see if you can identify your intolerances.
