So, we went out to eat tonight. Apparently, it was prom night and the group at the table next to us consisted of three couples, the girls all dolled up and just as pretty as can be (of course!).Cody kept talking about how pretty they were and finally asked me to go tell them he said so.
So, on the way out, I stopped at their table and told the ladies that my son wanted me to tell them that they were beautiful. One of them was so tickled that she called him over and made him give her a hug. Cody was just a blushing and grinning from ear to ear Then he told the guys that he wanted a cool suit like theirs to wear to school. One young man chimed up quickly to ask him if he wanted a suit like that so he could get the pretty girls too.
Smart guy!On the way out the door, Cody asked me why I didn't get her phone number.
Anyway, was just too cute not to share!
