How can I make sure she has the privacy and space she needs?

My two oldest kids (Haley is 10 & Zach is 6) are going to have to share a room in our apartment. I'm only getting a 2 bedroom because that is all they had and I didn't want to pass it up. I was told that once my lease was up, I could be put on the waiting list for a bigger unit.
The kids get along great together but I know Haley is at an age where she needs her own space and definitely needs some privacy. How can I offer her that when she is sharing a room? Is it fair to make times when Zach can't go in his own bedroom?
Also, how can I make them both feel like they have their own space?

What about getting one of those folding screen things? You could have it up to divide a small part of the room for who ever needed it and put it away the rest of the time
