Eggs

How do you like your eggs cooked?
Over hard, NO runny yolks at all EVER.

If I can't have them that way I can deal with scrambled but I don't really like that either.

I like them either scrambled, or with the yolk runny. The whites have to be completely cooked or it just makes me gag, but I love runny yolks!

Once over easy with wet yoke and toast to dip.

I love mine scrambled.

scrambled here - Kev likes his fried so I had to learn how to cook them.

Haven't found a way that I DON'T like them yet - hard-boiled, fried, over-easy, scrambled... all good.

Just the white, and cooked welllllllllllll. The only way I will eat the yolks is if they are scrambled and very dry. If I make scrambled eggs at home, I usually use 1 yolk to 2 or 3 whites (since the girls think they have to be yellowish to be real eggs ).

I like them fried over easy, scrambled, or hard-boiled.

I don't eat much yolks anymore either. 3 egg whites with only 1 yolk now. I actually like it better.

Re: Eggs

Over Easy with runny yolk and toast to dip in it. OR Scrambled with Cheese.

Re: Eggs

I'm not quite sure what over easy means

I like mine poached (cooked in boiling water without the shell) til the whites are cooked thru and the yolks are runny. Or scrambled, I cannot stomach fried eggs, just the thought of them makes me queasy

Re: Eggs

Scrambled over toast with lots of butter! I also like hardboiled too though.

Re: Eggs

I'm with Judy - like 'em cooked any way...

Re: Eggs

Over-easy with buttered toast for dipping..

Scrambled (as long as I can have some grape jelly to mix in - DON'T ask. it's something my grandfather started when I was like a year old!)

Or in an omlette! YUM!

Re: Eggs

Maree, over easy means you actually flip them to finish cooking the whites, but leave the yolk uncooked - runny. Most people end up with over medium (where the yolk cooks a little bit).

I like mine over easy - the whites MUST be cooked all the way or I send them back. And the yolks must be runny. But I only eat fried eggs if I'm having hashbrowns with them - I like to mix them together. Other than that, hard boiled or scrambled.
