Feeling of motion sickness and nausea

It happens to me every once in awhile. Like today. I feel like I have motion sickness and my stomach feels uneasy. I havent been in the car or done anything to cause it.
Any ideas?

Are you pregnant?

My first thought (other than pregnancy) would be low blood sugar. Have you been eating normally?

When was your last physical? Labs? Are you eating enough?

Not pregnant and not an ear infection I get it every once in awhile. I still feel crappy right now. I am due for my physical and blood work so i will talk to my Dr about it to.

My dh is hypoglecemic and he feels like that when his sugar gets too low.

I would ask.... you might have some issues with your inner ear... such as meniere's disease (sp?). Or maybe an ear infection brewing.
