Everything is fine. First he did a pelvic and was slightly concerned that i was measuring smaller than he thought and he couldn't find babys heartbeat with the doppler so he dsent for an ultrasound. Baby is fine - perfect little heartbeat ( dr must just not have got the right spot to catch it with the doppler). It was so darn cute. Almost as soon as the tech put the scan thing on my belly - perfect shot of baby with one hand waving over its head like it was saying " hi mom i'm fine in here" and i felt this instant sense of relief......They did find a small cyst on one of my ovaries, and that is probaly what is causing the cramps, since they are centered right around that ovary. but they said it is fairly common and harmless. And they said i have placenta previa ( i think is what they called it) my placent is lying very low covering my cervix, probaly cuz of the scar tissue from my previous c-sections.. That means no sex at all until my next ultrasound, at around 20 weeks....thats ten weeks away!!!!!!!!!!! I think i just might go crazy......lol....

I'm so happy knowing everything is fine - and now i've seen the baby - I really feel pregnant finally. It still felt only half real until then....

I'm so glad that your baby is fine and that you feel like he/she is real now

Sorry to hear about your ovary, does this mean that you have to put up with the cramps? Can they do something about them? Or do you just have to grin and bear it while you are pregnant?

I'm glad everything looks ok. Bummer about the no sex part, but you'll manage somehow Take care of yourself and your little one.

not really much to do about the cramps but the dr said they should go away on their own eventually. I didn't ask about maybe taking tylenol for it or anything - trying to limit the tylenol to my headaches.
