What could cause this?

Why have I been this sick for so long?
WARNING This post is going to be GROSS!

I started having diarrhea on Thursday evening. Then it came back Friday night. Both days, my tummy felt yucky and it was bubbly/gurgly all day. Saturday, my tummy wasn't feeling great, and it was bubbly again. Saturday afternoon, I felt worse. I had diarrhea again Saturday afternoon and evening. Ran a fever between 100.4 and 101.8 most of the day. Even after taking Motrin, it didn't break. Then, by 6:30 Saturday night, I was puking. I could not even keep water or ginger ale down. Puked off and on until 3 or 4 am on Sunday. Then, I felt awful all day Sunday. Slept most of the day. Finally was able to drink a little sprite, tea, and eat some broth. Ate a little more Sunday night--a few bites of pancakes and some omelette. Felt a little yucky afterwards, and slept the rest of the night. Felt awful all day yesterday. Ran a fever again yesterday morning. Had lots of gas and burping. Ate only a bagel, part of a Chickfila sandwich, and a few bites of plain pasta all day. I had diarrhea again last night, and I have been up since 5:30 this morning with diarrhea every few minutes again. I feel HORRIBLE. I am so weak, and I have no clue how I could have this much diarrhea after having eaten so little and having been sick for so many days now. What could be wrong with me?

hmmm... any possibility of food poisoning on the first day? Other than that or some kind of bacteria I have no clue, but honestly after that many days I would call my Dr. Hope you can figure this out soon...

Do you have an appendix? I had a friend who had similar symptoms, with NO side pain and come to find out her appendix was bad and she ended up with an appendectomy. The DR said it was rare to have appendicitis without the pain but it does happen. Definitely call your doctor!

Yep I would call your dr. You have had the big D for awhile now....its possible that you could have some sort of bacterial infection. I hope you feel better soon

At the VERY minimum CALL YOUR DOCTOR!

It sounds like you are getting dehydrated. It could be related to MANY things, but your MD needs to make that decision. You could possibly have gotten food poisoning or may have gastroenteritis or similar.

You need to see your MD for an assessment.

I called my doctor. The nurse said he might want to see me or he might call something in for me. That's all I know for now.
