Horrible accident, great car seat install

This accident happened on I-75 in Georgia. The woman driving the vehicle was killed. There was no child in the seat at the time of the accident.

The cover was ripped from the seat during the accident and can be seen in the lower left hand corner of the picture.

Warning these might be disturbing to some (all) of us.

Please keep the family in your thoughts.

The Car WAS a Honda Civic.

OMG Thank God her child was not with her.....but it does go to show how secure they are when they are installed properly.....I can't believe how mangled that car was though....my thoughts and are with the family

The child probably would not have survived BUT if a child was going to survive a properly installed seat is what will save them.

How absolutely horrible. Thank God there was no child in that seat. Even though it was installed so well, the fact that the cover was ripped right off the seat pretty much tells you what would have happened to any child that would have been there.
