Man guilty of abducting mom, leaving daughter to alligators

MIAMI, Florida (AP) -- A man who had been released from prison early for good behavior was convicted Tuesday of trying to kill a young mother and leaving her 5-year-old daughter to be eaten alive by alligators in the Everglades.

I never heard about this one. It's cases like this that make me think attempted murder should be treated just like murder - the guy should certainly never have walked out of prison.

They ought to leave him unconscious in Alligator Alley to suffer the same (hopefully WORSE) fate that he forced on that poor baby girl!!!

I think they should break his legs and arms and drop him FULLY conscious into the water in Alligator Alley. That way, he can't swim away, and he can be eaten alive.
