School clothes shopping?

Who has started school clothes shopping? We are starting ours on Thursday.

I'll have two in school this year so we need to start shopping. We buy most of the kids' clothes at thrift stores and consignment sales. Gotta see what they have and what they need so we can start looking. Plus need to buy shoes, which we buy new.

I ordered Zach's stuff for back to school online. He's just starting preK3 but I'm so excited b/c htey wear uniforms at his new school. Yeah! I bought him a couple of pairs of shorts and then long pants and short and long sleeve shirts. White collared shirts and navy bottoms. He just got new sneakers to get him through the rest of the summer--he's obsessed with "big shoes" lately and isn't into his sandals. He does need new school shoes which I figure I'll pick up in a couple of weeks when we're in Fl on vacation. We do lots of outlet shopping when we're down there.

I also got Noah and Zachariah new backpacks and lunchboxes. I LOVE school shopping so I know it's more fo rme than them at this point.

It's funny you are bringing this up because I had plans to go through my kids clothes today. I want to sort out what's too small or too stained and then see what they still need for school. I KNOW Haley will need long sleeve tops and a new coat because most winter things got left behind at my mom's house.

I need to start soon. I dont dare with Sam beause with my luck it wont fit come Sept. Logan grows so slowly! I need to start looking for him because I will need 5 slims and I havent seen any yet. I did get a nice surprise, a $50 gc for penny's to help with shopping. I am hoping to find his jeanes there!

I need to start soon. Gotta sort through what we've already got and then go from there. Next week is tax-free weekend, so maybe I'll be ready by then!

Alyssa will get things for her bday in 2 weeks and I plan on sewing the rest. We just need to get shoes and a winter jacket.
