Name: Noah

Age: 15 months

Height/weight: 18 lbs"ish" and 30"

Accomplishments: Saying some new words...mouse for Mickey and duck for Donald. We're in Orlando on vacation right now . He looks like a little surfer with his blond curls. He likes to do the "Noey dance" and stomp his feet and spin around and he sings eiei--oh with his brother. He's a good eater and likes the pool as long as he has a hold of someone. Noah hates to be confined in ANY type of high chair so mealtmes at restaurants are difficult b/c he likes to stand on a chair to eat and then climb and down. He absolutely will not stay strapped into a highchair. He's always climbing something.

Hey Abby! Noah sounds JUST like Brenna when it comes to staying seated in a Highchair... do you have the same problem in shopping carts?

Name: Brenna Grace aka "Gracie"

Age: 15 months

Height/weight:18lbs, 29 inches (We have FINALLY put the 6 - 9 month clothes away!)

Accomplishments: Brenna loves to dance and tries to sing... "Baby Beluga" is her favorite. We are adding new words every day and it seems like dozens more get repeated but just don't stick yet.

Name: Gabriel Michael

Age: 7 months 1 week

Height/weight: 29 or so inches and 20-22lbs

Accomplishments: crawling like crazy, sitting up from laying down, clapping, starting to pull up on stuff

Elaine, I just can't get over how petite she is. She's going to be rearfacing in a car seat for ever I'm just praying Gabe makes it til 2 rearfacing.

Mel, why does he have to stay rear-facing until 2? Here it's one year and 20 pounds, is it different there?

Name: Kiera Lanese

Age: 7 months 2 weeks

Height/weight: Not sure, they haven't been checked this month

Accomplishments: Army crawling, sitting, finally caught up to her sister in the tooth department, into everything, pulling to standing. She is SO much more active than Nicole ever was!

Name: Kylie Ann Marie

Age: 7 months 2 weeks

Height/weight: unknown

Accomplishments: One tooth, she scoots backwards instead of trying to crawl LOL, gets herself stuck quite often, sitting, will stand holding onto something but hasn't tried pulling up yet.

yes the law is only 1 and 20 but it's MUCH MUCH safer to stay RFing until he's 2 or older if possible.

Even the AAP recommends longer now. A child Forward Facing under the age of 2 is 4 times more likely to have serious spinal injuries in an accident including internal decapitation. If you'd like more info let me know.

According to NHTSA, a rear-facing car seat is 71 percent safer than no restraint at all, and a forward-facing car seat is 54 percent safer than no restraint at all.

Name: Isaiah Elliot

Age: 23 months

Height/weight: He's about 28 lbs

Accomplishments: He loves shapes, puzzles and banging on his toy drum and of course playing with his trucks. He's not really talking yet but he is understanding alot more. He knows the sign for "more" and we're teaching him sign language for better communication. He's a really shy little boy but is playful and lovable with people he does know.

Name:

Age: 10 months

Height/weight: 29 inches or so and about 26 pounds, maybe more. He is very big and is wearing size 18 months in clothes, and they are not that roomy on him. He cannot wear 12 months in anything.

Accomplishments; Still just has two teeth, but he is crawling! He is pulling up and getting around (walking) while holding on to the tables and sofas. He can now say: Mama, Dada, Up, bye bye, and he says, "Mmmm" for Emily. That is the sweetest!
